These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and dis88 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the dis88 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the dis88 brand.

• The maximum liability of dis88 to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposits made in the preceding 30 days
• dis88 is not responsible for the content of third-party websites that may be linked from our platform

Dis88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
